About 30 corporate organisations like TATA, Reliance, ICICI, HDFC,
Birla, etc joined hands with renowned insurance companies of the
world dealing with general & life insurance.
There is an increasing need of trained and specialised personnel
with knowledge of scientific theories and practices followed in
India and globally. Such requirement opened the doors to a branch of
management curriculum in its own right.
It is important to study the risk and insurance management for
effective management of insurance portfolio. Insurance and risk
